Already four stops of the MotoSurf WorldCup Circuit were held this year. Races in France, Russia, Great Britain and the Czech Republic brought breathtaking jetsurfing action in a battle for the top of the podium. Time has come for the ultimate challenge.
A BEAUTIFUL VENUE FOR THE DECISIVE STAGE OF THE MSWC 2017
Naples, Florida will host the MotoSurf World Cup Championship for the first time. The Sugden Regional Park will definitely be the perfect location to spend the weekend. The world’s best motorized surfers will fight head-to-head on the race course. Slovakian rider, Sebastian Kubinec, will travel to West Florida with a comfortable lead. Will his 37 point gap be enough to prevent Lukáš Záhorský from taking the win? 216 points are still to be earned, so never say never. Representing JETSURF USA and determined for another podium appearance in the series, currently 3rd rider – Petr Vencovský, will desperately defend his position. Lets also keep an eye on Jakub Kornfeil currently ranked 4th, but used to fight on the racing track and able to surpass himself when it comes to competition. He might have been unlucky a couple of times this year but he still remains one of the fastest riders in the field.
FEMALE RIDERS POWER
Jetsurf women division has been dominated by two super fast riders. Martina Bravencová has been very consistent and widened a comfortable gap. The fifty-two point lead will be a challenge for Aneta Šacherová to overcome and grab her second WorldCup title. Renata Kelemenová might be a lonely rider in the 3rd spot according to current standings. Although, other speedsters like JETSURF USA’s Ale Rivas from Mexico, or Anya Colley from the UK, might pose a threat. Coming into Naples they are trained and ready to steal a few points from leading ladies.
